Stephen Silver is the founder and Managing Director of Evolution Capital, a Sydney-based corporate advisory and stockbroking firm he established in 2016. He leads the firm’s corporate finance practice, advising ASX-listed companies on equity capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Over 10 years in Australian capital markets he has originated and executed transactions across the resources, energy, technology, and healthcare sectors, working with companies from pre-revenue explorers through to established mid-cap producers. Evolution Capital was built around a model of long-horizon client relationships. Under Stephen’s direction the firm has developed a distribution network spanning domestic institutions, family offices and offshore investors, supported by in-house research across its core sectors.
